The Landfall community is maintained by a progressive, financially sound Property Owners Association that provides 24-hour security. It also manages an architectural review program and maintains community walking trails, soccer and softball fields, a basketball court, a volleyball court, and two extensive children’s playgrounds.

The Landfall Foundation provides funds to local nonprofit organizations for programs and projects that provide for the Arts, Education, and Health and Welfare in the Greater Wilmington, North Carolina area.
LANDFALL TRADITION www.landfalltradition.com
The annual Landfall Tradition collegiate golf tournament takes place at Landfall’s Jack Nicklaus golf course. The tournament features the nation’s top golf teams and raises money for student-athletes on the UNCW golf teams.
GREAT OAKS CLUB
Club members help beautify the common grounds of Landfall. Some of the club’s activities include arranging seminars relating to Coastal Carolina, and a variety of social activities for those interested in Southern plants, wildlife, gardening, perennials, and more.
